Looks like it could be Kerry's to lose...

Bush's Two Albatrosses (washingtonpost.com) David Broder does not see Bush being re-elected. It's my impression that this is the general sentiment from people in the know. I heard the publisher of one of Washington's most prominent lobbying newsletters on Charlie Rose say the same thing. Unless the economy dramatically improves and Iraq suddenly appears to be an ocean of stability (both extremely unlikely), it would seem that Bush's duck is cooked.
